1. About these terms

These terms apply to orders placed with Timiza Farm Machinery, Opposite Buffalo Mall, Naivasha Town, Naivasha, Kenya, whether you start on this website, on WhatsApp, by phone or in person. By placing an order you agree to them. If anything here differs from what we confirm with you in writing for a specific order, the written confirmation applies to that order.

2. Orders and availability

• An order is placed when we confirm it with you on WhatsApp or by phone. Forms on this website only prepare a message; they do not reserve a product.
• All orders are subject to availability.
• Product photos show the model or animal type; livestock photos show animals from our stock, and the individual animal you receive is confirmed with you before delivery.
• Delivery only happens after an order is placed and confirmed.

3. Prices and offers

• Prices are in Kenya shillings. Machinery prices shown are cash prices; Lipa Mdogo deposits and instalments are shown separately on each product.
• Livestock prices are per animal unless stated otherwise, and are shown as a range because the final price depends on the individual animal — its breed, age, and stage of lactation or pregnancy. We confirm the exact price, and any livestock transport cost, before you pay.
• Any store-wide discount applies to Shop Now machinery purchases only, unless stated otherwise. Livestock is sold at its listed price, and Lipa Mdogo deposits and instalments stay at their listed amounts.
• Livestock bundle offers show their value at listed prices; the bundle price is confirmed with you on WhatsApp.

4. Payment

• All payments are made by M-Pesa Pay Bill only — Pay Bill 444174. The account number is provided during payment.
• After paying, send us the M-Pesa confirmation screenshot so we can verify it.
• We will never ask you to pay to a personal phone number. If anyone does, do not pay and contact us on +254 102 454 202.

5. Cash purchases (Shop Now)

• A 40% deposit is required to confirm and reserve your machine.
• The balance is paid before delivery, as confirmed with you when we schedule it.
• Delivery scheduling is done after payment has been confirmed.

6. Lipa Mdogo instalment plans

• You register first, and only pay once you have received your registration code.
• You pay the deposit shown for the product, then clear the balance in the agreed instalments.
• Delivery is scheduled once the deposit is confirmed.
• Missed payments may result in delayed delivery or cancellation of the order, and deposits may be non-refundable.
• Lipa Mdogo is available on machinery only; livestock is sold for cash.

7. Delivery, installation and training

• Machinery: free delivery within Kenya, with free installation and user training at your site.
• Livestock: delivered to your farm gate in any of Kenya’s 47 counties. Transport cost and the delivery date are confirmed with you before transport begins, and health records and feeding guidance come with every animal.
• We also deliver to Tanzania, Uganda and Malawi. Machinery is shipped across the border; livestock is supplied subject to the veterinary requirements for moving live animals between countries.
• Please give us the exact delivery location and a phone number that will be answered on the day. Keeping in touch with us keeps your order moving.

8. Information we need from you

To process an order we need your full name, phone number, county and exact delivery location. Please make sure these are correct; we are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

9. Using this website

We work to keep product details, prices and availability accurate, but mistakes can happen. If we find an error in the price or description of something you have ordered, we will contact you before taking payment or delivering. Content on this site, including photos and text, belongs to Timiza Farm Machinery and may not be reused without permission.

10. Governing law and contact
